YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA

Under the GDPR you have a right to the following:

  • access to personal information
  • correction and deletion
  • withdrawal of consent (if processing data on
  • condition of consent)
  • data portability
  • restriction of processing and objection
  • lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office

Brixton Mist is happy to provide data requests if you need one and it does not contain information sensitive to another customer or their privacy. We will consider deletion of any data held on your request should it not be vital to order processing and handling.

Should you wish to withdraw consent please contact us via email: info@brixtonmist.com and we will be happy to discuss this with you, please be aware that should consent be withdrawn during an open order or job the job will be cancelled immediately and all funds you have paid or deposited will be deemed non-refundable in their entirety.

Your data can be requested easily and in a simple form should one exist for your individual request and can be generally provided in ultra portable format due to the limited range of personal data we hold, we may request proof of identification on a more detailed request to ensure due care is taken.

Restrictions are in place where data concerning other customers is connected to your own, you may only request data from your own records and any sensitive information relating to another customer or client will not be provided to you.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist you in any requests you have and within a 4 week period of the time of your request being lodged, should you feel unhappy with the results you are free to lodge a complaint with the information commissioner’s office.
